Women’s Self Defense Course

Students will learn life saving skills to defend themselves in attacks that  we commonly see as Police Officers. After learning the skills, students will be able to use them during our “scenario based training”. This will allow the student to see the skill actually works. We are not teaching students how to be martial artist, we are teaching them how to survive and not be a victim!
