Bryan Bishop has been a resident of Vanderburgh County since 1991. He attended Harrison High School, University of Southern Indiana, Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, and top dog police academy. Bryan has been employed by the Vanderburgh county Sheriff’s Office since 2001. He is currently assigned to 2nd shift motor patrol as a canine handler. He is a certified instructor with Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, and a certified Taser Instructor with Taser International. Bryan also serves as a Tactical Response Instructor to Residential and Commercial Property. Bryan was recently awarded the distinguished service metal award.
