One pot meth lab found in Evansville, Indiana
If you see a 2-liter bottle with strange contents inside it, beware. It might be a one-pot meth lab that could blow up in your hands or face.
This is the fastest growing and most dangerous type of meth lab used. Several have been found in the Evansville, Indiana area.
What is it?
Dealers or users buy ingredients used to make a small amount of meth. They mix the ingredients in a plastic drinking bottle which doesn’t require heat or cooking. Sometimes, they will seal the bottle and leave the scene for a few hours. Then they return. If the bottle hasn’t exploded, they retrieve the drug.
What do they look like?
A one pot lab can be in any type of 2 liter or plastic drink container. Some have plastic tubing coming out of the top of the bottle. After drugs are retrieved from a lab, the remaining toxic substances are sometimes left behind in the bottle as litter.

Is this epidemic proportions or just police concentrate on this being so explosive compared to pot? How on earth do these people think this stuff up? Is the bad economy partly to blame, a quick way to make money? It is scarry, seems to be everywhere & everyday happening now.
